Diving Deep into Summer
Breathing is awesome—and well, necessary.
As a Summit faculty member, I would say summertime generally feels like coming up for air after diving underwater for a while: the school year is all about diving into Jesus, going as deep as you can and trying to take around 140 other people with you. I wouldn’t trade that for anything, but there does come that necessary time of rest; time to prep for the next dive. Ideally, it will be deeper than the one before!
In the meantime however, all us staff engage in frequent water balloon fights and barbecues, and dream of classrooms full of students hungry for another deeper dive.
