Student Life

Off-Campus Activities

There are many off-campus activities planned for the weekends. Summit is in a prime location nestled in the foothills of the Blue Mountains, just 20 minutes from Harrisburg, the capitol of Pennsylvania, and 20 minutes from Hershey, PA.

The area offers students a variety of activities to participate in. Students can bike or hike around Memorial Lake; and shopping trips to the local mall and outlets are planned. Trips to the local park for tennis or soccer are also planned. There are trips to local restaurants, bowling nights and seasonal celebrations.

Students also have the opportunity to visit local attractions such as Hershey Park as well as surrounding tourist locations like New York City. All of the activities offer the students an outlet of fun to enrich their learning experience.
