Our culinary staff serves three delicious meals a day: there are a variety of menu options with a fresh salad bar served daily. The dining services at Summit seek to provide healthy meals that provide a balanced and nutritional diet. We have diverse options including protein, carbohydrates, fruit, fresh vegetables and, of course, the occasional treat!
We are very pleased to have a team of dedicated staff work to provide our students with a wonderful dining selection. They are a group of talented cooks that dedicate their time and expertise to the service of Summit. They truly live for the benefit of others.
Below is a sample of what you may find offered during the day:
Breakfast 6:30–8:00 AM
Coffee, Tea (etc.)
Brunch 11:00 AM (offered once a month)
Fresh fruit and cream
Lunch 12:30 PM
Fresh salad and/or homemade pasta salad
Dinner 5:30–6:30 PM
Meat Dish (i.e. grilled chicken, steak, pork, braised ribs, etc.)
Side Dishes (i.e. rice, pasta, couscous, etc.)
Our food is provided by local suppliers, including a local farmer’s market. This year we have begun to incorporate a variety of styles of cooking and international cuisine. Bon Appetit!
