The Campus Center at Summit is in many ways the social hub of the campus. This building offers a place where students can gather to study, play ping-pong, interact, play games and hosts many of our campus events.
Rooster’s is our very own unique coffee shop that is managed by student volunteers. It offers the student body and staff a variety of services such as warm homemade pastries, snack items and fresh coffee; all in all a cozy environment.
The Campus Center is the favorite spot for movie nights. Whether it is a fun dorm night or the student body, this is the best spot on campus for popcorn and a good movie.
The Campus Center is also the venue for many coffee houses throughout the year. These coffee houses are each unique in theme and purpose. There are open mic nights, concerts and open forums.
Fireside chats are also held throughout the year in the Campus Center. These chats are designed to engage faculty, staff and students in a friendly debate on an issue that is relevant to the whole student body.
Whether we are celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas or our Easter sunrise service, the Campus Center offers the perfect venue to make a large group feel like a close family. Gathered around a warm fire, making cherished holiday memories; or celebrating the resurrection of Jesus, it allows us to truly be a family.
